This is a small Yixing teapot from Yixing , China. I have demonstrate before how to gong fu brew using a bit larger Gong Fu teapot, now is a more faster yet complicated style. Of course every step is explained so as to give the audience a reaswonable amount of knowledge on doing gongfu tea. The tea used is da hong pao or big red robe. It is a famous tea in China, though not the original expensive type, it came from the original tree’s cuttings. a kilo or less is produced per year if you want the original tree of dahongpao; A great sum of money no less than $US 6000 or more for a tea. it is like Lion brand Long jing.
