here’s a question:
I know you can infuse the leaves more than once, but what’s a good way to store them? I feel so wasteful just ditching them after one use when they could be kept for longer.
Don’t save the leaves to be used five times. Add 1/5 of the leaves and infuse them five times on your cup.

you can’t save the leaves for a tea session later on, however, you can have another round of tea shortly afterwards
Leaves can be brewed numerous times, depending on the water temp, the quality of the tea, and the length of time the tea is in contact with the water for each steep. It’s not difficult to get more than 10 brews out of certain quality teas, brewed well.
