it depends on where you live, but a true licensed antique dealer can appraise for you, or you can google it and just type in appraisers and it will come up in your area, with like so and so jewelry appraiser, so and so antique appraiser. and then they will be able to give you a list of places to sell your collection too. also they often buy them themselves.
